The Sweat Studio workout is a strategically designed fitness method featuring concepts curated to work the entire body using intervals of low impact, high intensity, cardio with muscle sculpting techniques created to strengthen and tone.Sweat Studio is committed to providing a fun, challenging-yet-safe, body-positive space driven by great music and positive energy. Each class is dynamic, as we move, shake and sculpt our bodies combining mobility, flexibility, and strength.

Excursions

Cenotes in the Riviera Maya are natural sinkholes filled with crystal-clear freshwater, formed when limestone bedrock collapses, revealing underground rivers. These sacred sites, once used by the ancient Maya for rituals and water sources, offer a unique experience for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Cenotes are surrounded by lush jungle, providing a serene and mystical atmosphere.

About Rikki

Rikki Heiken, owner of Sweat Studio, was born and raised in Miami and has been dedicated to fitness for as long as she can remember. Teaching a variety of Pilates styles since 2008, Rikki holds certifications in numerous Pilates methods as well as other forms of fitness. Drawing on her extensive experience, she created the Sweat Studio Method - a unique fusion of different fitness disciplines. For Rikki, fitness is more than a profession; it’s her favorite hobby and a way of life. She believes that regular movement and sweating daily are key to a happy healthy lifestyle- principles she brings into every class.
